A convention of German delegates of People’s Councils in Poznań.

In reaction to the Partition Sejm of Poznań held on 3-5 December, the Germans organised a convention of German delegates of People’s Councils. 6000 German soldiers marched the city streets. They demanded the protection of German culture in the East and military support from Berlin.
