Attempt at initiating talks on the reconstruction of J. Moraczewski’s government

– Representatives of the Commissariat of the Supreme People’s Council went to Warsaw to discuss the reconstruction of Jędrzej Moraczewski’s government and the participation of Polish activists from the Prussian Partition territories in it. They were also to discuss the participation of people inhabiting these territories in elections to the Legislative Parliament. The delegation was stopped at the border and sent back to Poznań. Only the SPC Secretary, Karol Rzepecki, came to the capital.

– Second Lieutenant Ludwik Bociański organised two companies of volunteers whose task was to patrol the local border between Prussia and Congress Poland along the Prosna River.
