– On 6 January, the funeral of 13 insurgents in Inowrocław turned into a patriotic demonstration. The event was attended by 10000 inhabitants of the town and 2000 insurgents. Priest Julian Wilkans, chaplain of insurgent armies, delivered a sermon.

– Insurgent units took part in a battle in the defence of Osieczna, which was attacked by German units from Leszno.
