Battles for Rynarzewo
– As a result of military actions, the town was passed back and forth. The insurgent forces were reinforced with units from Wągrowiec, Żnin, and Władysław Mettler’s half-battery. The strength of the Germans relied on an armoured train and machine gun fire. Mettler was killed, the commander of the Żnin unit was wounded, and a counterattack carried out by Second Lieutenant Maciej Mielżyński failed.
– A German battalion occupied Szubin, with insurgents retreating to Nowe Miastko.
– In the Wolsztyn section, Nowe Kramsko was lost to Germans.
