Telegram from the Inter-Allied Commission on the violation of the terms of the armistice

In Warsaw, the Inter-Allied Commission informed the General Secretariat of the Peace Conference in Paris in a telegram that every day the Polish government protested against the violation of the armistice terms adopted in Trier. The telegram said: “The participation of artillery in operations clearly indicates these are not the sporadic actions of gangs disobedient to commanders. Trying to contact German authorities to end the situation, the Commission deems it necessary to inform you of this obvious violation of the armistice”.
