According to Article 1: “The territories of the former Prussian Partition, which under the Treaty of Versailles of 28 June 1919 have become an inseparable part of the Republic of Poland, are entirely subject to the authority of Polish central bodies, i.e. Parliament, the Chief-of-State and the Ministers.”
