Organisation and training of armed units and patriotic societies

– In Wielichowo and nearby towns, independence activists held meetings with Poles and former soldiers, while organising armed units and conducting military training and talks. Jan Andrzejewski was given the task of expanding the Guard and Security Service, which he did; one method, among others, was the seizure of weapons in the Śmigiel poviat.

– Berlin issued an order to remove Polish inspectors from the Settlement Committee in Poznań. The order was not carried out.
