Jan Andrzejewski was given the task of expanding the Guard and Security Service, which he did; one method, among others, was the seizure of weapons in the Śmigiel poviat.

– Berlin issued an order to remove Polish inspectors from the Settlement Committee in Poznań. The order was not carried out.
