Regulations issued by the Commissariat of the Supreme People’s Council on the structure and scope of operations of military judiciary authorities operating as part of Central Command. According to the Regulations: “Military courts will judge all shameful acts (and crimes against military and civil regulations) committed by soldiers of the Polish Army regardless of whether they had taken an oath or not.ˮ
