– The Commissariat of the Supreme People’s Council issued a decree on conscripting Poles born in 1897, 1888 and 1898 to active military service.

– General Józef Dowbor-Muśnicki informed everyone that the Commissariat of the Supreme People’s Council had appointed him Commander-in-Chief of the Polish Armed Forces in the territory occupied by insurgents.
