In 2012

75 - Kamila Czechowska- director of the Museum of the Szubin Area, and author of many popular science publications and educational projects and contests for children and youths.

76 - Leon Janiszewski - author of numerous studies about the uprising, well-known regionalist and educator. 

77 - Association of Military History Enthusiasts at the Lubusz Military Museum in Zielona Góra- awarded for the popularisation of knowledge about the uprising in the area of the Lubusz province, mainly through the organisation of meetings with the descendants of soldiers who fought in the years 1918-1919, as well as the cultivation of the insurgent traditions.

In 2013

78 – Roman Chwaliszewski – a historian, regionalist, promoter of the history of the uprising in northern Greater Poland, a former teacher and employee of the District Museum in Piła, head of the Piła Agency of the Provincial Office for Protection of Monuments in Poznań, and author and co-author of many publications regarding the history of the Greater Poland Uprising 1918-1919 as well as a script and guide for a temporary exhibition in the District Museum in Piła: “Powstanie Wielkopolskie na ziemiach województwa pilskiego” [The Greater Poland Uprising on the territories of the Piła province].

79 – Ludwik Józef Gomolec – a historian (posthumous award), regionalist, philosopher, social activist and teacher, a committed seeker and collector of materials and documents related to the history of Greater Poland. A promoter of regional history and the author of many popular scientific studies and publications and also the initiator of their popularisation in schools; his achievements include the preparation of a number of catalogues, guides and commemorative articles.

80 – prof. Stanisław Sierpowski of the Adam Mickiwicz University - a historian, vice-rector, head of the Archiving Department at the Institute of History, director of the Kórnik Library of the Polish Academy of Sciences; a member of numerous associations and scientific councils; his scientific achievements cover publications regarding the history of Greater Poland; the author and editor of regional monographs, i.e. for: Gostyń, Kobylin, Leszno, Rawicz, Września and Wyrzysk, in which he writes about the participation of inhabitants of the given towns in the Greater Poland Uprising 1918-1919.

81 –  The State Archive in Poznań  – an institution which enjoys great social recognition, whose collections are used by historians, regionalists and families of the participants of the Greater Poland Uprising; it prepared and completed the project of the digitalisation and publication of archival, library and museum materials related to the Greater Poland Uprising 1919-1919 on the internet.

82 – Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań – a university whose establishment and traditions are related to the victorious independence fight of Greater Poland residents in the years 1918-1919, fostering its tradition for all years; this is the main scientific centre which undertakes research and popularisation work regarding the knowledge and traditions related to the Greater Poland Uprising; the first researchers of the Greater Poland Uprising and authors of many publications were the following professors: Zdzisław Grot, Antoni Czubiński, Stanisław Kubiak and Benon Miśkiewicz.

In 2014 

83 – Jan Mielżyński – a historian from Sulechów, doctor of humanities, researcher and promoter of the history of Greater Poland in the area of the Lubusz province; the author of many studies about the Greater Poland Uprising and the fortunes of its participants, and also the fortunes of insurgents’ families after the year 1945 in the Zielona Góra region; author of the monograph entitled: Pamięć i tradycja Powstania Wielkopolskiego 1918-1919 [The Memory and tradition of the Greater Poland Uprising 1918-1919].

84 – Jarosław Wawrzyniak – a regionalist from Leszno, lawyer by education and historian by avocation, he focused his interests on the history of the region and the participation of the Greater Poland residents, especially those from Leszno and the surrounding areas, in the uprising, he was also the author of many books about the Greater Poland Uprising; an appreciated lecturer during historical sessions and meetings at the Museum of the Greater Poland Uprising in Poznań city centre.

85 – The Teacher Training Centre in Poznań - awarded for the implementation of the multi-year educational programme entitled “We remember! The Greater Poland Uprising 1918/1919”, which covers, at school and provincial levels, students from all types of schools. The programme involves the orgnisation of many different forms of activity, including popular science conferences, journalism and contests; also the organiser of the annual Contest of Knowledge about the Greater Poland Uprising.

86 – The National Museum of Agriculture and Food Industry in Szreniawa – which can boast many initiatives, including those related to education and publication activities, which present, in various forms, the rural traditions, the social and moral life of the inhabitants and their patriotic attitudes, as well as their participation in the national-independence fight; and also the history of the organic work of the Greater Poland residents and the participation of the inhabitants of the countryside in the Greater Poland Uprising; organiser of conferences and travelling exhibitions for schools.
