In 2015 

87 – Stefan Barłóg – pedagogue and scout activist, co-founder of the Society for the Memory of the Greater Poland Uprising, honorary president of the Society for the Memory of the Greater Poland Uprising and, for many years,  president of the Main Board, author and co-author of articles related to the Greater Poland Uprising, initiator of exhibitions and popular science sessions as well as national rallies of those schools and scout groups who have heroes of the Greater Poland Uprising as their patrons, these all being platforms for the exchange of experience in educational work related to the Uprising and serving the purpose of popularisation of the knowledge and traditions of the Greater Poland Uprising.

88 – prof. Michał Polak Ph.D. from the Department of Humanities of the Koszalin Technical University – a historian and researcher of the international, economic and biographical aspects of the Greater Poland Uprising; he runs archival-library searches as well as research in national archives and also in Polish scientific centres in Great Britain, related to the fortunes of almost one hundred exiled Greater Poland insurgents; many of his publications touch upon such subjects as the Greater Poland Uprising, the Greater Poland army and the fortunes of insurgents.

89 – Andrzej Wieczorek – a historian and regionalist, researcher of the participation of the residents of Gołańcz and the surrounding areas in the Greater Poland Uprising, an appreciated lecturer on the subject of the course of the uprising in the region, particularly during meetings organised by the Society for the Enthusiasts of the Gołańcz Area and the Regional Chamber of Tradition; he prepared and released, among other things, a publication about the Gołańcz Insurgent Campaign 29.12.1918 – 16.02.1919, which constitutes the compendium of knowledge about the insurgent effort of the residents of Gołańcz and the surrounding areas, and contains a broad selection of source materials and rich iconographic material.

In 2016 

90 – Stanisław Jędraś – doctor of geographical sciences, retired teacher, regionalist and social activist who has contributed to the cultivation of the memory of the Greater Poland Uprising 1918/1919 in southern Greater Poland, a recognised lecturer and author and co-author of publications regarding the Leszno region, including many publications regarding the Greater Poland Uprising 1918-1919.

91 – Wojciech Kicman – a regionalist from Piła, he focused his research interests on documenting the participation of the residents of Piła and the Piła poviat in the Greater Poland Uprising 1918/1919, as well as events related to this, including the course of the Greater Poland Uprising on the Northern Front; he was also the author of biographical notes for the publication of the Main Board of the Society for the Memory of the Greater Poland Uprising –“Powstańcy Wielkopolscy. Biogramy uczestników powstania wielkopolskiego 1918-1919” and other regional publications [Greater Poland Insurgents. Biographical notes of participants of the Greater Poland Uprising 1918-1919.

92 – Zbigniew Zwierzykowski – a historian, regionalist, publicist and collector who owns vast collections of tokens, particularly related to the Pałuki region, in the field of numismatics, medal-engraving, deltiologistics, phaleristics and bibliophilia. The Greater Poland Uprising is the main subject of interest.

93 – The District Museum in Leszno – an institution which is particularly distinguished in the cultivation of the memory of the Greater Poland Uprising 1918/1919, for many years running its activity with the goal of bringing the history of the independence fight in south-western Greater Poland closer to the residents; knowledge about the Uprising is popularised and consolidated, among other things, through the collecting of various tokens and the exhibition as well as educational activity.

In 2017 

94 – Tadeusz Grygier (posthumous award) – associate professor of history and for many years a distinguished researcher of the Greater Poland Uprising. As an archives employee of the Department of History of the Corps District Command VII until 1939, he got actively involved in the research on the Uprising undertaken after World War II. He was the author of several hundred scientific articles, dissertations and reviews which, for the most part, were thematically related to Warmia and Masuria and the Polish national movements. He also contributed many publications regarding methodological issues related to archival science in the area most interesting to him.

95 – Wiesław Andrzej Hładkiewicz – professor of history at Zielona Góra University and author of many articles and studies concerning the Greater Poland Uprising. He was involved in the popularisation activities in the areas of the Lubusz province and abroad. He was also a co-organiser of the circle of the Society for the Memory of the Greater Poland Uprising at the Department of Humanities of the History Institute of the Zielona Góra University.

96 – Tomasz Katafiasz – Ph.D. in History- a librarian, archivist and academic teacher specialised in research on the history and achievements of the scouting movement, and the military history and problems related to the independence effort during the post-partition period; he also participated in research projects as part of, among other things: “The political and military history of Pomerania and Greater Poland in the years 1914-1945”, research on the history of the Greater Poland Uprising 1918/19 and also edition of the Biographical Dictionary ”Kawalerowie Virtuti Militari 1792 – 1945” [Knights of Virtuti Militari 1792-1945] as well as the Scout Biographical Dictionary.

97 – Jan Majewski – Ph.D. in pharmaceutical sciences – a distinguished researcher and promoter of the memory of the Greater Poland Uprising, author of many publications and biographical notes of insurgents, the initiator of the placement of the commemorative plaque related to the events of 28 December 1918 on the wall of the “Pod Złotym Lwem” [Under the Golden Lion] pharmacy on the Old Market Square in Poznań.

98 – The Association of the Volunteer Representative Uhlans Unit of the City of Poznań -  the colours of the 15th Poznań Uhlan Regiment contributed to the implementation of projects related to the shaping of patriotic attitudes, the popularisation of the traditions of the Polish cavalry and the history of the Polish army; it also takes part in patriotic ceremonies on an annual basis - in the central celebrations of the anniversary of the Greater Poland Uprising 1918-1919, on Uhlan’s Day each year and during re-enactments of battles and in historical films.
